If you are dehydrated and aren’t getting enough liquids into your body, the symptoms of your chronic pain may be agitated and worsened such as headaches or back pain. Stick to drinking water and avoid beverages like coffee, soda or energy drinks that may quench your thirst but actually end up dehydrating you instead of hydrating your body.
